Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce
For pet owners in Arizona, the health and wellness of our beloved companions are a constant priority. While we all want the best for our pets, the cost of veterinary care can sometimes be a concern. This is where a service like the Vetco Vaccination Clinic becomes a valuable resource for the Phoenix community. Located conveniently inside Petco, Vetco provides a specific, affordable solution for routine and preventative care needs. Unlike a full-service veterinary hospital, Vetco focuses on a streamlined range of services aimed at keeping your pet healthy and protected from common diseases without the high costs often associated with a traditional clinic visit. It is an option designed for pet parents who are looking for an accessible way to stay on top of their pet's health.
The Vetco Vaccination Clinic model is centered around efficiency and accessibility. They operate with a "no exam fee" policy, meaning you only pay for the services your pet receives. This can result in significant savings for routine vaccinations and basic preventative treatments. While it's important to have an established relationship with a full-service veterinarian for emergencies and more complex medical issues, Vetco serves as a great supplement for scheduled vaccinations, microchipping, and parasite control. This approach makes essential preventative care more manageable for many Arizonans, ensuring more pets receive the foundational health protection they need to live long, happy lives.
Located at 2501 W Happy Valley Rd Suite 6, Phoenix, AZ 85085, the Vetco Vaccination Clinic is situated within a Petco store, making it a highly accessible destination for local pet owners. This placement offers the convenience of handling multiple errands in one trip—you can get your pet's shots while also picking up food, toys, or other supplies. The location is easily reachable from various parts of Phoenix and the surrounding areas, including communities like North Scottsdale and Glendale. Its presence within a larger retail complex often means ample parking, a significant convenience for anyone traveling with pets.
The clinic is committed to providing an accessible experience for all. The location features a wheelchair-accessible car park, a wheelchair-accessible entrance, and a wheelchair-accessible toilet. These amenities ensure that all pet owners can comfortably and safely bring their companions in for care. While appointments are required, the streamlined service model is designed for a quick visit, getting you and your pet in and out efficiently. This is especially helpful for pets who may be nervous in a clinical setting, as it minimizes their time in the waiting area. The combination of a convenient location, helpful amenities, and a focus on efficiency makes Vetco a practical choice for routine pet health needs in the Phoenix area.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
This was the first time at this location, the staff was friendly except for the doctor, he was kind of rough, he gave 3 injections and today my cat cannot walk on his left leg, he will not eat either, I was told that I may have to go to an urgent care. She will not even let me touch her; it makes me sad, and I am quite disappointed of their care.
June 24 · MarielleI went to the vaccine clinic back in January with my dog who needed 2 shots. I requested just those 2 and the check in person told me it was the same price for a package. We went in and they gave her the 2 requested shots but not the other shot included in the package. They did charge me the package price, which was $125. Individually the two vaccines total cost $88.As they do not tell you when your pet is being vaccinated which they are giving, I did not realize until I went to check out. They were very busy, and there was a reactive dog who was not being controlled so I decided to just reach out to customer service later.Again, that was in January. I called and emailed. They stated that they did not give her the additional vaccine, but also would not provide a refund for the difference. Because the website says they do not provide refunds.Had I ordered 1 sandwich and been charged for 5, I would be refunded for 4 sandwiches. You can't just put a disclaimer on your website stating you'll charge whatever you want. They would not refund me or allow me to reopen the case.Upon speaking with a rep today, I was told they also gave my dog a dewormer. I did not ask for a dewormer. She was not due for a dewormer. They just decided to do it, as it was part of a package I was told would be the same price as the individual vaccines. So now they've given my dog medication I did not approve or consent to, and their stance is sorry. We don't care. All around terrible experience. Don't bring your pet here because you don't know what they're doing to them to make extra money.
