June 13 · patricia NunziataOur dog, was recently attacked by another dog, and needed immediate surgery. His first surgery was at another facility, and we decided to switch to VMCLI by choice and recommendation. VMCLI was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Sgaglione and her team were absolutely incredible. Our consult with her was easy, straight forward, and truthful. Dr. Sgaglione put us at ease with her superior beside manner and true love for dogs/animals. Our dog is our first born and we didn’t once question the care he was given while under Dr. Sgaglione. If we could give them 12 stars we would. Our boy had his second surgery and is back to his normal self after three weeks. We cannot thank VMCLI enough for their kindness, care, and support during these extremely stressful few weeks!!!!
June 25 · Elizabeth FerrignoI brought my rabbit in at 11pm for an emergency. They are a busy clinic but they took great care of her and were very thorough. I was visibly worried when I came in and all of the staff here from the people working at reception to of course the vets and techs taking care of her were very caring and reassuring. All of my questions were answered and they listened to everything I had to say. She ended up having to stay overnight. They kept me informed and updated while I was at home which I really appreciated (they even sent a picture of her through text message early in the morning). The communication from admission up until discharge was excellent.I felt that she was in great hands. I brought her home the next day and all was well again. Below is a picture of her feeling better after we got back home. Thank you so much to everyone here who work tirelessly to help our pets 🩷
March 30 · Daniela DiPierroI had such a wonderful experience with VMCLI. Everyone who works there was so sweet and they took such good care of my pup. You could tell they genuinely cared about her. She finished her radiation treatment today and made it so special and sweet when I picked her up. My husband and I are so grateful to them. They gave my baby another chance at life. Thank you! 🙏
April 11 · Stacy SpergelMy 4 year old dog, Lola, was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease by Dr Hillock in the internal medicine department. We had gone years not knowing what was wrong, visiting emergency vets as she continued to get sick and being told it’s a mystery. The last time she got sick I had had enough, and finally brought her to VMCLI to be hospitalized and receive diagnostics with the internal medicine department. Dr Hillock was able to figure out what was wrong the very next morning, and was able to narrow down exactly which tests would be necessary to confirm the diagnosis rather than doing everything under the sun. She made a full recovery and has been following a thorough but conservative treatment plan. 5 months later she’s still under their care and I finally feel like I have a safe place to bring her where I know she’s being taken care of. Dr Hillock is very knowledgeable and we feel lucky to have found him. And I have to say, the emergency veterinarian we saw the night we checked her in was wonderful as well. She assured me they would figure out what was wrong once and for all and she was right. There are clearly some incredible doctors here. Thank you so much for saving my baby & being the ones to finally get her the care she needs.
