★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If you are looking for a vet place that cares look no further. This place genuinely cares about the well-being of your animals and unfortunately for us we had to put our dog down and the way that things went after the end results were more than great. They exceeded my expectations and just when things were looking down for us they even sent us a hand written letter and we really appreciate it that. Thank you again for everything you guys did for us.
April 27 · Santiago MartinezI came in as a “walk in” and knew I’d be in for a wait but the front office staff was accommodating and kind. Dr. To was great and explained to me why the conservative approach was the best approach for our Lola. Thank you WBAH
July 07 · Frank QuirozThey killed my cat and euthanized her without my consent, then told me it would cost me $500 to resuscitate her cause her heart stopped beating. (Since I was t aware of them euthanizing her right before) I gladly said go ahead. All I wanted was to save her, and when the doctor walked back in and tells me it was t successful, I was broken. Then came the vet bill from my insurance company that showed three injections given without names on it
August 18 · Leanne Janecekwill never return here again. My cat is dying of stage four kidney disease and he's worse now than he was before I took him in for their recommended dialysis. It could be a coincidence that his condition progressed at the same time, sure. I caught it at late stage and they recommended immediate hospitalization but he was acting normal and eating before I took him in. Now he won't eat, hes lethargic, and isn't retaining his prescribed fluids. When I went in for his check up appointment two weeks later, Dr. Chang was extremely rude and insensitive when I was asking questions about what may have gone wrong and why he's worse now. I asked about easier ways to give him his medication so I dont have to force feed him pills, she made it seem like a hassle to special order him medication that's in a gel form. She told me there's nothing more they can do unless I want to pay for more blood work or a kidney transplant. I'd like to stress that money is not the issue here, I just wanted options on what I can do to make sure my baby has the best quality of life possible in his final days and she just gave me a cold stare saying his body is giving out on him and that's all. Yes, I am a scored cat parent that's upset about his condition but this review is not about that. Please just look into all of your options before panicking and signing for whatever treatment they recommend. Hindsight is 20/20, and I just wish I would have taken him to a regular vet instead of this hospital after diagnosis. Dr. Chang deserves zero stars, the two stars I left are for the ladies at the front as they're very kind and empathetic. I took my cat for a cut on his head, I just needed an ointment and a cone, now he is worse off after diagnosis and treatment for kidney disease. I wish I'd never taken him here.
