July 26 · Briana AlvidrezWe took our two dogs for their first appointments with this office & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Prices are comparable, if not better, to any other office we’ve been to. I highly recommend this office for vet needs.

May 31 · Demian OrozcoWould rate negative stars if possible. My dog’s anal glands were suppressed, but still had an issue a week later. Advocating they were not fully expressed, the tech reported there “may be an infection, so a vet visit would be the next steps.” Took him in to complete the vet visit and they immediately brought him to the back room independently so the vet could do the exam. This is the first time a vet has ever completed the exam without me present (I’ve had dogs for over 10 years). Once finished with the “exam”, the vet (Dr. S Lopez) came out to discuss her thoughts. Being new to the clinic, she was unaware of my dog’s past medical history and did not even complete a case history prior to her clinical decision/ “exam.” She gave options that were clearly contraindicated given his current conditions this facility should have on record. The vet then proceeded to tell me it would be $300 to check the stool (never asked what type of preventative measures were being used to avoid any diseases/ parasites, charges $45 for an anal glad expression (completed 1 week prior) and $50 for the vet “exam” in which was not completed in front of me. All being said, the vet tech reported “still content left in the anal glad” meaning they were not fully expressed the first time, as advocated prior to the vet visit. Dr. S Lopez did not even mention that very important information during our conversation. Therefore, I advocated to wait on further testing (and money) to see if fully expressing the glands, which should have been completed at the initial gland expression, would solve the problem. I am beyond disappointed that I am now $95 down for anal gland expressions that were poorly executed and too expensive in the first place. Not to mention I was there for an hour, with my dog in the back room, and they mentioned a cat to be in the back room as well. But don’t worry, “they couldn’t see each other.” Crazy, dogs have no sense of smell either …The tech’s are very nice and welcoming, but all very young questioning the legal age limit allowed for work. I cannot recommend enough seeking care elsewhere. I don’t mind paying more for quality and trust of care, however, here you will pay more with lower quality of care.
