★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could give no stars I would. Please don’t take your animal there. I was told my dog needed to stay for a periodontal procedure. I was aware that he had a few teeth that were in very bad shape. They put him on antibiotics overnight and the next day he had the procedure. The Dr removed 15 teeth and I was told he was good. It seemed like a lot to me and he was 14 years old. I’m not sure why I never received a call to talk about the extent of the damage. This all occurred on the weekend. By the time my dog came home, 2 days later, I can see he was not himself. The Dr never called us after the surgery to discuss anything. I received the notes from the surgery which revealed a lot of things. We called twice and never received a call back. The dog could not eat and therefore could not take any medication. My vet advised me to bring him there. On the way to my vets office my dog died in the backseat of the car. I can’t express the pain I’ve been in. Please please do not bring your pet there. I’m not the only one with a similar story. They charged me $5,000.00 and once the money was received I never heard from them. I’m attaching a photo of my dog the day we dropped him off. I had no idea that would be the last time I would take a photo of him.
August 09 · Dina LyonsNobody ever picks up the phone. I spoke to 3 employees and wasn't able to help me when all they had to do was ask the vet. Suggested that I do oral surgery because they would make more money off of it but I declined because I didn't want to put my dog under. They refused to prescribe my pet antibiotics to make him more comfortable because antibiotics is a lot cheaper than surgery. Greedy people and vets are very cold towards pets. Horrible establishment.
July 14 · valerie chavezOn Friday 1/31/2025 I brought my 8 year old French bulldog Marcella in to WWRVH on emergency having what I believed to be a seizure. Within a couple of hours she went into at least 2 more episodes. Thank God Dr Cattiny was there that day. As I have tremendous faith and respect that he will always do what’s best for my pets. I must also thank with all my heart those who were involved with Marcella’s care. Tabitha ,Chris, Lewis, Joey, Darwin… I know the list is longer and I apologize to those I may have missed. She was stabilized, underwent bloodwork and a CT scan, then admitted overnight.6:30am Sat morning I arrived to visit, only to find she had another episode. I was informed she should be transported to a neurologist in south jersey. I honestly did not know if my girl was going to survive the next few hours. My husband and I rushed Marcella to the specialist where she was admitted through ER, underwent an MRI and spinal tap. Followed by surgery a few days later.( Left total ear canal ablation with lateral bulla osteotomy and right myringotomy) to treat a pretty sever bi lateral inner and middle ear infection. Marcella is home now, resting and recovering beautifully!!!!Dr Cattiny along with his amazing team of technicians /nurses/ assistants… kept my girl alive. There is no doubt in my mind and in my heart Marcella is alive today and thriving due to the immediate and intense care Dr Cattiny and staff gave to her. There will never be enough thank yous to express how grateful my family and I are for everyone involved in saving our little girl ! 🧡
February 14 · C LPPlease do not ever bring your pet hair if they suffer from seizures. These doctors had no clue how to treat my pet, they misprescribed his medicine seizures were becoming so bad that we thought we were going to have to put him down.. Finally took him to a neurologist and they gave him four times the amount of medicine, if it was up to Westwood he would have been left for dead
August 26 · M FThe good: Handled the end-of-life care for one of our dogs wonderfully. The not-so-good:- Twice tried giving our new puppy a shot they had previously given him (don't they keep records?)- Tried to charge for services not rendered more than once.- It can be hard to get through to a human when calling the office and if they decide to return your call it can take several days.We wanted to give them a fair shot to keep our business with our new pup given our previous experience—unfortunately they failed.
