★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We just transferred our husky, Spike’s, care to this vet and we are so happy with the care of him. The vets are great and so informative. The techs are great and have sent us emails with more info about our dog’s health conditions after the visits. I truly feel like they love their work and it shows in the care of our beloved dog!
June 20 · Jaime M.Over the weekend I lost my dog, and when I went to Yalesville they were nothing short of amazing. The staff was kind, compassionate, and truly understanding of what we were going through. They treated us and our dog with such care and respect, making an incredibly difficult time a little easier to bear. Their professionalism and compassion went above and beyond, and I am forever grateful for the way they helped us through such a heartbreaking loss. Thank you again for everything. - From Beth Lisa & Gus Galaz
August 18 · August GalazI noticed a lump on my rabbit and her vet was no longer with Central in North Haven. It’s hard to find a knowledgeable exotics vet. I called Yalesville and they were able to get me in the same day. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant, comforting and patient. When I stepped into the practice for our appointment, I noticed it was bright, clean and welcoming. The women at the front desk were pleasant and welcoming. I was seen right on time. Sam, the vet tech and Dr. Sands were both very knowledgeable, cheerful and gentle with my rabbit. I was immediately put at ease and know I made the right decision coming here. I even got a call very first thing the next morning checking on my rabbit. I am all around extremely please with everything about this vet this far. I will be taking my other two rabbits here as well.
February 22 · Sandie GreiserBo our Aussiedoodle has had an ear infection for a couple of weeks. Sam, your tech and Dr O’Neil, were kind and efficient and were able to quickly diagnose and treat him. Bo is not scratching his ear this morning. Thank you.
July 15 · David BolinskyExcellent pet care facility! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming! The reception area was squeaky clean as well as the rest rooms! The room that we met Dr.Bourke in was equally squeaky clean with no unpleasant odors. . .every customer we met while in the waiting area were all pleasant & happy to be there. Not always the case in other practices. Dr. Bourke was, as always, expedient & helpful with numerous tips to help our parrots live the best life ever! All in all, it was a great experience and we will continue to be patients of Dr. Bourke’s! ! !
