★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This petco is good but there customer service is horrible specially the fish section guy Named MILES behavior was too rude and pathetic that we literally felt discriminated. He was looking so bothered whenever we asked for help.He was giving pissed off look at us.And in the end when we wanted to purchase a turtle we waited 30 mins plus for him to get a turtle but he didn't even showed up.The register guy called him several times on the speaker but at the end some other animal section guy had to come to help us out.Other else except this bad experience, this store got really good collection of animals and there stuffs.
May 14 · Sadman AhmedWent in to try to adopt a kitten. I was informed that I couldn't adopt from that location, & I had to scan a code, that took me to a site that was advertising several cats/dogs/kittens & puppies. I was looking specifically for a young kitten. I was shocked, that after filling out the online questionnaire, that if I wanted a kitten under six months, that I would have to get two. I am a one kitten/cat per household type of guy.
August 19 · Adrian DyerShameful small animal habitats. They had one single, extremely depressed rat when I visited. Housing a rat alone like that is abusive. Please do not sell rats if you don’t have the ability to care for them properly. Mice enclosure was filthy as well.
May 27 · STERLING KNIGHTMy daughter walked into this petco at around 8:10, it took her about 30 minutes to get any kind of interaction with any employee. She was told by Steven the cut off time to purchase fish was 8:40. Another customer had even asked how he didn’t feel bad knowing my daughter had been on line for over 15 minutes with no help. She had made the line several times and searched for employees to no avail. They all ignored her. The line was long with only one cashier attending to customers. Steven the manger was very condescending in the manner he spoke to her and later to me. He was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to. I asked to speak to someone else and Angel was kinder and respectful, he was the only reason my daughter did not leave crying. Thank you Angel for giving my daughter the common decency that Steven did not give.
July 10 · Mirna CalixtoI went to this store spend hour and half to know the prices of the fish . Bcz its big mess with fish and price price and fish doesn’t match then I asked an employee to help me but she didn’t have enough knowledge about the price or she couldn’t find the price anyway after spending around half and hour I have chosen few different fish and a parakeet bird . While in the cashier to pay the cashier left the register to find out the prices for fish again . It was very disappointing to deal with this . I just left everything in the register and asked cashier to cancel the purchase bcz I don’t have any more time to west . I will never go there again. Nor recommend anyone. They have mire items but management is worse .
