We had a great experience at Citipups! We went in and were able to sit down and take our time and play and bond with our dog with no pressure! We purchased him the same day but for safety reasons the staff told us we had to wait two more days until taking him home so he could be monitored more/ checked by vet since he was a new puppy that had just arrived.We visited him all weekend and the staff were so pleasant and let us have our time with him. When we picked him up they were so helpful and explained everything to us in detail and gave us all his food.It's been one year and one month now and he's such a happy healthy perfect boy! I can not believe we have our dream dogThank you Citipups for making it possible!

Our sweet baby boy has grown and is about to be 1 years old this coming August!🎉 He has been a bundle of joy and love in our lives.💖 We had been browsing around for a while for a companion to our older toy poodle and came across our sweet Augustine.🩵 (The name felt right with his birth month lol.) We first saw him online, but due to us having an older dog we loved that we were allowed to go see him in person with our dog first and make sure they got along. There are many wonderful dog breeders out there, but a lot are pretty far from the city so we were very thankful for the convenience that he was here in the city and we could see him in person ourselves not just being shown photos and videos of him. We called them over the phone and they made the whole thing very simple and easy for us. The staff was so sweet and helpful during the time it was at their New York City location. They gave us all his paperwork which showed his proper breeding and medical information which we were relieved, Since we had come across other places that weren’t so forthcoming. It had his vaccines which he had already received as well as the free vet visit information they gave us to follow up.From the day we met him he was a very hyper happy puppy, and the place was filled with good workers. You could tell they truly cared about the dogs and people constantly were coming to visit so the dogs had playmates and they weren’t all locked up. It was a very open space and you could see everything just like the pups.I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped us But he was super Helpful and gave us a bunch of different puppy tips. I grew up with my toy poodle, but he’s a very different breed from Augustine who is a mini Australian Shepherd. We had done our research on his breed but it was nice to talk through it with someone and get their advice professionally. My toy poodle wasn’t a big fan of bones so that was a more foreign concept for me. The gentleman in the shop gave us a Bone for free, He said it will help to keep him calm and entertained on the trip home and he was so right. 🦴Because of that moment we found out Augustine loves bones and since then when he finishes a bone, we take him to get some new ones to try out. Our experience was awesome and Since the beginning we have had a happy and healthy puppy.

I got my beautiful baby Indiana from citi pups. Everyone was so friendly and she was absolutely perfect! She’s healthy and happy and loves people. They were so great from start to finish making sure that I was going home with the right dog for me. The dogs are socialized, loved and well taken cared for. My dog is the best part of my life and I wouldn’t have her without citi pups!

Citipups has been amazing from beginning to end. As someone with allergy sensitivity I wanted a hypoallergenic breed which they have plenty of. They made the process of getting a puppy super easy and have been super informative every step of the way. If I have any questions they are quick to answer and are completely transparent and honest. I now have the sweetest boy as my companion.

September 1st 2024 my husband and I met the love of our lives with the help of Citipups (then located in Midtown Manhattan). Before making the nearly 2 hour trip into NYC my husband and I both spent months pining over the puppies they’d feature on their social media page; fantasizing about what it would be like to have a puppy of our own. Like many, I was cautious to trust in their business because unfortunately we HAVE been scammed by alleged “trusted breeders” in the past.I felt confident in Citipups because of their warranty policy and transparencies with the breeders they work with. I would watch as they’d post about trips to visit litters in different states all over the country, documenting how these puppies would live before being brought to NYC.They’d advertise and welcome neighbors to come in and play with the puppies “because it’s good for their development”. In what world do people (business owners) let you just come in and view, sample, or in this case play with their ‘product’ for free and then happily wave you goodbye without the pressure of purchasing a dog?Once we finally pulled the trigger, we knew we’d made a solid decision. Despite what many locals of Arkansas claim, when we entered the store in MANHATTAN the puppies were calm, clean and very happy. The store didn’t smell like there were any animals there at all. Many of the puppies were even asleep as we visited the store close to closing. (I remind you we drove nearly 2 hours from Northern NJ)We sat and played and bonded with our guy for a good 20/30 mins, they’d check on us every so often asking if we had any questions or if we wanted to meet other puppies, to which we politely declined. We weren’t pressured to purchase whatsoever, again, despite their approached closing time. (We obviously decided that we had to take him home.)We were given an impressive amount of information about our puppy including where he was born, DOB, parents information and Breeder information (why would an alleged puppy mill incriminate themselves or the mills they work with?) We were taught about the signs of illness to look out for as well as the normal transitional quirks that new puppies can have, all while being reassured multiple times that if for ANY reason whatsoever with no judgement or questions asked, to return the dog if we were unable to care for him or love him properly.“This puppy for its lifetime will always have a home here with us if things don’t work out.” I was floored. These people haven’t been in business for 40 years because they “sell sick dogs”.After our adoption, someone from the store would contact BOTH my husband and I EVERY SINGLE DAY for a week to ask how our new family member was doing. They asked his name and how he slept and If we were having any problems. The repeatedly reassured us not to hesitate to reach out if we had any questions or concerns.Cutipups is a reputable, family owned and operated, and proud Latinx business owners. One that I would choose to support over and over again if I could. Cooper will be 1 on June 20th.
