As highlighted in customer reviews, the team is known for showing a level of empathy that goes "well beyond" expectations. For pets who get anxious or fearful at traditional vet offices, a mobile service eliminates the stress of the car ride and the unfamiliar environment, as one reviewer noted that their labs had "never liked going into the Vets office" but thrived with the in-home service. This creates a much calmer and more positive experience, allowing the veterinarians to provide better, more accurate care.
The convenience is another significant highlight. The review highlights that the vet and their tech were able to "doctor our girl up in the comfort of her couch." This level of on-demand, friendly, and "altogether amazing" service is a game-changer for pet owners. The fair and reasonable pricing is also a key feature, making professional care more accessible to a wider audience. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The compassion that they showed to both of our dogs was well beyond my expectation. My 12 year old and 7 1/2 year old labs have never liked going into the Vets office, and Addison County Mobile Veterinary Services came to our house in Richmond and showed them true service! Highly recommend!
August 22 · Kim CharlandHighly recommend!! Last night, my Labrador got a pretty big gouge in her shoulder after running into a piece of steel. We were in between vets after the death of our regular vet, so we were very frantic on what to do. I was able to make contact with Megan and set up a visit in the morning. She and her tech arrived and doctored our girl up in the comfort of her couch, Very personable, friendly and altogether amazing experience. Pricing was very fair! I foresee a comfortable future for our three labs and our new vet after losing our beloved Dr Nancy!
