★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We are so grateful for the care our puppy received here. He was not doing well when we brought him in, but the staff was attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. They reassured us during a very difficult time and took excellent care of our boy. One thing that really stood out was their integrity, we had put down money for his care, and they refunded everything that wasn’t used. That kind of honesty is rare and so appreciated. Best of all, our puppy was wagging his tail at his caretakers, which told us everything we needed to know: they treated him with real compassion. Highly recommend this clinic!
August 20 · Charlotte HervasI just want to say that the staff at this vet are very caring and passionate. The doctor that took care of my one year old kitten on 8/10/2025 was amazing and compassionate. I unfortunately didn't receive the news I wanted and Loki has crossed the rainbow bridge. I won't say the doctor's name for privacy, but thank you for giving Loki a chance. I miss him so much, but I know he's no longer in any pain or discomfort.I edit my original review to fix some spelling mistakes and lost the wonderful reply from the vet, so I'm posting it again. The staff here really care about you and your pet. I highly recommend them to anyone.
August 13 · Michael TroncaThe staff was amazing. My dog was bitten by a rattlesnake, and spent 24 hours in the hospital. The staff was kind and compassionate to me, while making treatment decisions and discussing costs. I called several times for updates, and the staff took the extra time out of their busy night to speak to me and give updates. They saved my dog’s life.
August 23 · Kelly HokeMy sweet boy was in the ICU here for 4 nights. I had no doubt in my mind that this was the best place for him. They don’t give random things that aren’t needed, while also taking the steps needed to insure that he got better. They answered any questions and were very thorough in explaining all of his possible outcomes and what they were doing to help him get better. They let me call anytime throughout the night for an update (seriously, I called at 12:30am and got an in-depth update), as well as calling twice a day with updates. I was able to go visit every afternoon and get unlimited time, unbothered with him. I highly recommend this emergency vet to anyone looking for top quality care for their babies.
May 14 · Korryn Van EmmerikI work with a rescue and we had a dog who was having a really bad nose bleed. The staff were very responsive and took our dog back immediately to try and stop the bleeding. We have now dealt with 3 of the vets in the ER and they all have been fantastic keeping us updated on her condition daily. She was hospitalized and we were told we can call anytime to check on her. All staff have been very helpful, courteous and very caring. The only negative is the wait time which can't be predicted and is out of their control. Sometimes there is no wait. I feel very confident and comfortable taking any of my dogs to this Emergency Vet.
