★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am beyond grateful to have East Boston Animal Hospital as the primary veterinarian services for my two cats and my Doberman King, every time an emergency comes up they have been there for us even when it’s about to be closing time. Dr. Choppra and Dr. Sawyer are such caring and loving professionals I couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication. The vet techs are always amazing and patient along with the beautiful and delightful front desk ladies.I look forward to continuing my furry babies vet care with them!Att: King (Dog) Misty (dark cat) Valya (Grey)
May 03 · Mirian Carolina Castro UmanzorI've been coming to East Boston Animal Hospital for over a decade. Dr. Chopra is the best! He is very thorough, knowledgable, and always takes great care of my senior cat, Nermal. The reception staff is lovely. They always try their best to accommodate last minute/emergency visits when they can.
March 31 · Bryn BurkeI had a very good experience here. My dog needed urgent veterinary care asap and our vet/animal hospital is far from where we were and we were able to bring him to this vet and get helped and treated within 15 minutes of calling/arriving. They administered an xray and walked me through everything providing thorough information. They treated my dog for his symptoms extremely fast and we were in and out within an hour and my pup is already showing signs he is feeling much better from the medications and fluids they administered. We were expecting to be here for hours and cannot thank them enough for their urgency and care helping our dog and treating him. We did have to pay $$$ but I am just glad my dog is feeling better and received this care. Very good customer service and vet/vet assistants - I would recommend this place.
August 13 · madison macphersonToday was the hottest day in Boston 100+, 1st of there is no parking so just walking from a street parking to the vet was brutal today! Hoping my dog could cool off with the AC indoors only to find out there is none and only fans.... I ask the receptionist if the A/C and said no the Doctor won't turn it on because of the energy bill!!! This is crazy to me, I was sweating inside it was cooler outside. They make so much money you're telling they can pay electricity???? Have to rethink coming here again!!!
June 24 · Josue MoralesDon’t recommend. Very pushy receptionist had a bad atitude… feels like they just want your money, not the well being of your animal. All I needed was an allergy shot for my dog, that has a profile with them and has been seen by them, but they wouldn't do it without my dog doing a full consultation and exams again because it had past a year since her first visit, like a month ago….Very very disappointed.
