★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just moved to the neighborhood a few months ago, and transferred care of my kitties to Heart of Chelsea HK just prior to the move. One of my kitties worried me with an unusual episode on a Sunday and I wanted to take her in for a check up. I emailed the vet we saw during their check up that day, and followed up with a call the next morning to get an appointment as soon as possible. My visit at Heart of Chelsea HK was smooth from start to finish. The front desk staff were kind and attentive for check in. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes. Allen, the tech who took our history, introduced himself and walked through my concerns about my kitty. This was a sick visit so we saw a different vet than we had for the regular check up earlier this year. Dr. Romeo was very gentle with my kitty, asked questions about the problem and her history, and explained all the findings clearly. I left feeling reassured and comfortable with the plan. The staff is also very clear about the cost of every step along the way. They shared the prices of the exam and then explained the cost of the x-rays and blood work once they were ordered. You have to consent to proceed, which is appreciated.
August 13 · Michelle ShuffettWe have two Maltese dogs and our experience with Heart of Chelsea HK has been exceptional. Dr. Papaioannou is incredibly caring and takes the time to address all our concerns. The entire staff is kind and patient. We've worked with many vets in the city, but the commitment to compassionate care at Heart of Chelsea is unmatched. The follow-up is also excellent, with Dr. P. regularly calling to check on our pet and provide guidance. We're patients for life – Heart of Chelsea truly lives up to its name!
April 23 · Joseph AmodeoHeart of Chelsea Vet is truly an amazing place, thanks to the incredible team, especially Dr. Maria and Jahayra. Dr. Maria is one of the kindest and most compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever met. She takes such great care of Aurora, always making sure she’s comfortable and well looked after. Her patience and expertise make every visit a positive experience, and it’s clear she genuinely loves and cares for her patients.Jahayra is equally amazing as a client service representative. From the moment we walk in, she greets us with warmth and professionalism, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. She goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels valued and taken care of.With such a dedicated and caring team, I always feel confident that Aurora is in the best hands. Thank you, Dr. Maria and Jahayra, for everything you do!
January 31 · Napakaporn SanguanhongMy dog began getting sick last week, they made becoming a patient quick and easy, when he became worse they were able to get us in quickly. I had concerns because my baby is reactive, they help get him in and out with no issues, even making sure the waiting room was empty so he could walk out muzzle free after being there all morning. They treated him with the sweetest utmost care even though a lot of people are scared of reactive dogs and Dr. Romeo kept me updated every step of the way.
May 06 · Elizabeth SwisloskyThe Vetrinary saved my dogs life. Used to go to BOND VET- they could not figure out the simple problem that was wrong with my Frenchie. 1 visit at this vet and 2 weeks later he is fully healed. They don’t try to steal your money ( unlike bond vet) they’re so so great!! So glad I tried them out 100% the only vet I’ll go to moving forward!
