★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love Bond Vet. Easy to make an appointment and get in, so many places I can’t get in for days or even weeks. My cat needed something extracted from his paw, he can be very grumpy at the vet for a normal visit but they handled him with more ease than I’ve ever seen. Didn’t gauge me with insane prices or things I didn’t need. Definitely my new permanent vet!!!
July 27 · Ian-Michael BergeronI’m a new dog mom and after a few unpleasant experiences at a previous vet, I decided to try Bond Vet. Me and my pup had the best experience with Dr. O and Alisa. They were welcoming and attentive. They listened to all my concerns and made me feel so well cared for. Both of them were on the floor with my pup the entire time. Dr. O took the time to walk me through different options and even went line by line through my bill. They truly went above and beyond. I feel such relief to have found a great vet that has both me and my pup’s best interests at heart. Oh, and the space is IMMACULATE!
February 23 · Maddie MyersI tried to find a way to send this feedback privately, but since Bond Vet doesn’t provide an email address anywhere, I’m sharing it here.In my experience, Bond Vet operates like yet another cold, corporate clinic—detached and seemingly indifferent to both the needs of the animals and the people who care for them. My dog was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and prescribed life-long Vetmedin. In the first month, we were able to get the medication from Bond Vet the same day the prescription was issued. This month, however, my dog has now been without his medication for over a week.Bond Vet changed the dosage of the medication without offering any explanation, asked us to order a different version to match the new dosage, and then took an entire week just to get a vet to approve the prescription. Nine days later, my dog still does not have the medication he urgently needs.Last week, I made multiple attempts to contact the Hell’s Kitchen clinic by phone—none of which were successful. I eventually managed to chat with a representative online who assured me they would expedite the issue, but nothing changed. I even visited the clinic in person to ask whether there were any problems with my account, missing information, or anything else that could be holding up the process. I was told everything was in order. And yet, just yesterday, I received an email from Chewy informing me that the order had been canceled due to a lack of vet authorization.I’m at my wits’ end. This is not just a minor inconvenience—it’s a complete failure in providing timely care for a dog who needs life-saving medication. I will be taking my dog to a different cardiologist moving forward, as this experience has made it clear that Bond Vet is not equipped to handle critical, ongoing medical needs. To this day, I have not received a single phone call or explanation from Bond Vet as to why they have been unable—or unwilling—to approve this medication.
June 09 · Juliana TBond Vet – Hell’s Kitchen is an absolute disgrace and a danger to pets. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The so-called “vet” I dealt with could barely speak English and repeatedly called my dog “her,” even after I corrected him multiple times. It was beyond unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. The staff is shady and operates like a scam business. They deliberately padded my bill with charges that were NOT mine and tried to force unnecessary tests just to drive the price up. Their diagnosis was completely wrong, and none of their testing was accurate. When I took my dog to BluePearl for a second opinion, he was perfectly healthy. BluePearl confirmed that Bond Vet had completely misdiagnosed him and had likely done it to extort money from me.This clinic is disgusting, discriminatory, and homophobic. The people who work here are rude, unqualified, and do not care about your pet – they only care about stealing your money. They should be ashamed of themselves.Do not ever take your pet here. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and every veterinary board and licensing agency possible. I will also be contacting the media to expose their unethical and discriminatory practices publicly. If I do not receive accountability, I will pursue full legal action against Bond Vet for fraud and discrimination.!!!!!
July 30 · Adriana KelseyWe had a great experience at Bond Vet! Have been to multiple locations and always receive great care. Love that it’s so easy to grab a last minute or even day of appointment! Dr. Park was so attentive and knowledgeable, and took the time to chat about all my questions. Felt like pricing is fair. Will come back again.
