★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This vet saved my cats life. He was experiencing a severe UTI (I’ve gotten it treated before but never went away) and my male cat was struggling to pee which can be life threatening to male cats. They took him right away, was very transparent to what was happening and made me feel content along the way. He is a completely different cat now, (cuddling, not peeing the bed anymore) and I am just so thankful for this vet!! Shout out to amanda who helped me in the front desk and was very helpful and urgent when it came to my boy. And Dr Liam Evans who was so thorough and really changed my cats life for the better. So thankful words can’t even express gratitude.
July 22 · Ashley MitchellI'd had my 4 month old puppy for a week and 2 days. He'd been "coughing" and I thought maybe it was because I'd been feeding him boiled chicken and white rice due to an upset tummy. I thought maybe he had rice stuck in his throat. 5:30 am I wake up to him making a weird noise that sounds like he's choking or can't breathe. I literally try to do a doggy Heimlich on him. He stops but I immediately take him to Long Beach Animal Emergency. They took him in immediately, treated me and him so well. The doctor didn't push expensive tests or treatments on him. She diagnosed him with kennel cough. Prescribed antibiotics just in case I didn't see improvement in the next week and advised me to bring him back if symptoms persisted for a full work up. Honestly, the $180 emergency visit fee is totally worth it for peace of mind. My pup is doing alright. Been watching him closely for the symptoms the doc advised are concerning and require another look. Staff and Doc are awesome. Highly recommend.
August 02 · Megan CarverThey saved our kitty Poncho’s life.Their diagnosis and treatment were accurate and life saving.Highly recommend this ER hospital, excellent communication and compassionate doctors.
July 26 · Denise LaviolaMy wife and I made the very, very difficult decision to put our family member, protector, loyal and companion down. The silence of his bark is "DEAFENING". I can't say enough about the staff. They were compassionate, concern and caring. From the time we arrived and until we left, they were by our side. The doctor that spoke with us was as professional as a professional can be. He was very thorough, caring and compassionate and explained our options. He explained that the final decision was ours. I wanted to spend the last minutes of my pet's life with him but the pain was too great! My wife decided that it would be too great of a pain to watch him through the process. He tried to come back to me when the nurse took him to the back. Thank you is too weak of a word or phrase to say how much the hospital and staff treated us and our beloved pet. Stitch was a great family member and he was 10 ½ years old. If you need a quality, professional pet hospital please take your pet to them. Thank you again!
May 27 · Benjamin StaffordThis was the best emergency vet service I have ever been to. My cat ingested a toxic plant and they were very fast to act and get her seen right away. MD Andrew was very friendly and thorough with explaining her plan of care. The staff even called a few days later to check up on her. Thank you so much for taking care of my fur baby! Highly recommend this place for emergency services.
