★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team. Carissa and Eric are an absolute dream—so kind, compassionate, and always going above and beyond. Dr. McLaughlin is one of the most caring and knowledgeable vets I’ve ever met. He has supported me through the care of my two beloved dogs who have since passed, and now with my very complicated pup, Mickey, he continues to show patience, skill, and true compassion. I also foster regularly, and they are always attentive and completely up to date with each foster’s needs. Every interaction is handled with such class, professionalism, and grace. I trust them wholeheartedly with my pets and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
August 21 · Missy BorisAmazing facility!!! Dr. Harlan and his staff have treated several of my dogs over many years and they have always given us exceptional care. The whole staff is super friendly and courteous and really make what can generally be a stressful experience for my pups and me so much easier. They really are very caring and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!!!
October 14 · Michael KonstantarasUpdate: my dog was diagnosed with cancer at an emergency vet but could have been diagnosed while we still had a chance to help him. Because of Nicole’s pettiness I was not able to potentially save my dogs life. She was so incredibly rude, no compassion and I would never recommend this vet to anybody. Again they are NOT good people.I had a very disappointing experience with this animal hospital. Not only were they unprofessional in their verbal and written communications they literally tried to charge me $120 because I was running late for 1 of 2 appointments (which I could’ve still made it to) when the exams themselves would’ve costed about $200. Who charges a 50% late fee for a vet appointment? They also kept telling me they hadn’t seen my cat before and she had definitely been there in the past. I won’t be taking my animals back here just on principle that they aren’t good people.
April 11 · Paula BTERRIBLE Customer Service, honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I have over 20 years of customer service management experience. Called to advise I was stuck in traffic coming from Greenwich. Was told as long as I was there within 15 minutes of my appointment, it wasn’t a problem. Called to let them know when I was 2 minutes away and was again told fine, see you soon. Got there exactly within the timeframe given and WHILE I WAS IN THEIR PARKING LOT, received a call I would have to reschedule. The woman was rude and condescending. AVOID at all costs, take your business (and your pets) elsewhere.
May 14 · Samantha AgostoI switched to Norwalk Animal Hospital after a bad experience with my previous vet, and am SO happy I found them. I call them whenever I have any concern about my Bernese Mountain Dog and they always have availability to see me. I absolutely love how welcoming the staff is and how there is literally never a wait time. They always take my concerns seriously, which I appreciate so much, and tell me when to worry! It’s also wonderful they have a rehab center attached, as my dog has done and will continue to do hydrotherapy. I cannot recommend them enough, especially as a major dog mom who never stops worrying about my pup!
