★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been bringing our pets to Olde Towne for years. We have ALWAYS been treated wth courtesy and professionalism. We had a recent visit with our pup for her booster shots. Due to the pandemic we were not allowed in the building, but Olde Towne implemented a system to ensure the safety of all. The system was efficient, and the Staff was helpful and, as always, loving and caring to our girl. Dr. Grosjean called during the visit to give us his report, allowing us to dialogue even though we were socially distanced. Dr. Grosjean is a wonderful doctor! He has cared for our Goffins Cockatoo, multiple guinea pigs, and our dachshund. Dr. Grosjean is knowledgeable, professional and always compassionate. We appreciate the entire Staff of Olde Towne Animal Hospital!!!
May 29 · AndreaI’ve taken all of my pets to olde town animal hospital for 8 years since we moved to the east end. I’ve always received excellent care. The staff is always courteous, kind, patient, friendly and accomadating. What prompted me to write this is a recent emergency visit to the clinic. My dog Maggie had ingested a foreign object on a Sunday morning. After calling the clinic I was told to come down immediately. Dr. McMillan treated her quickly and efficiently and saved me a pretty expensive visit to the emergency clinic (we’ve been down this road before). More importantly her quick treatment and diagnosis possibly saved Maggie’s life. I’m so grateful to find such caring, compassionate people...

Thank you for the compassion and professionalism along with empathy.SignedTerri Hadix Broadmeadow
