Dr. Joslin's extensive training and experience, including a residency at Cornell University, give her the ability to address even the most puzzling eye cases with precision and a deep understanding of the conditions. This specialized knowledge is a critical advantage when dealing with delicate and sensitive parts of your pet's anatomy.
The experience at the Pet Eye Care Center is consistently praised by clients for its professionalism and personal touch. Reviewers highlight Dr. Joslin's thorough and gentle approach, as well as her ability to clearly explain all treatment options, empowering pet owners to make informed decisions. This dedication to clear communication is particularly important when dealing with complex or frightening diagnoses. The staff's kindness and care ensure that both the pet and the owner feel supported throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to post-operative recovery.
For those who have struggled to find effective treatment for their pet's eye issues at a general vet, the Pet Eye Care Center offers a new level of hope. The positive outcomes, such as a dog "doing really well 24 hours later" after cyst and cherry eye surgery, are a testament to the clinic's surgical skill and comprehensive approach to care. As a specialty practice, they are also able to work in collaboration with your primary care veterinarian, ensuring that your pet's overall health is considered while their specific eye condition is expertly treated.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My dog has been seeing Dr. Joslin for 3-4 years now. Every time I go, it is a great experience…from check in to check out. Dr. Joslin is thorough, gentle and explains all options. Her technicians are always very nice also. Bonus, I believe she is very affordable!
August 26 · Eileen MerkhOur 9 year old Havanese needed a cyst removed from his upper eyelid and cherry eye surgery on the same eye. Dr Joslin was excellent as was the entire staff. Our dog was well cared for the entire time. They explained the procedure and the post op information clearly. He is doing really well 24 hours later.
May 21 · Jill IovinoDr. J. is amazing. We have taken our beagle Leonard, there for a couple years for his glaucoma, and now our Shihtzu Mr. B. is doing amazing after going temporarily blind. Time will tell, but Fingers crossed, and we have full faith in Dr. to keep him seeing.Highly recommend for any eye issues
March 24 · T. Wolf Home ImprovementsI brought my Lola in after an indolent ulcer that i had been trying to treat with my local vet just wouldn't heal. I had called around a few other eye specialists who were much costlier for just the consult. I drove several hours out but it was totally worth it. The doctor examined my girl's eye, diagnosed the ulcer and recommended the diamond burr debridement. I thought i would have to come back, but she was able to do perform the procedure right then and there. I was worried, knowing i have an anxious chihuaha, but she did extremely well and was rewarded with pup-aroni. The doctor explained that one treatment should be sufficient, but in some cases a second treatment is necessary. She was understanding of our long drive and advised that we could follow up with our local vet before coming back out, saving me a second trip and additional fees. I really loved this vet, the staff and everything about the visit. I would 100% recommend her if you are in the same position i was, and looking through reviews. She saved my girl's eyesight and did so efficiently for a very fair price.
July 19 · marisaI have to honestly say that Dr. Jocelyn is fantastic. My little Shih Tzu could've lost his eye if it wasn't for her. She wasn't aggressive. She was very heartfelt and caring towards me with my dog as I was very upset that this had happened to his eye. She understood that I didn't have the finances and she allowed me to send pictures through email and every time she saw him and was physically treating him he was wagging his tail so I know she is a Spectacular person. He never growled and really liked her.My dog's eye healed. He has 100% of his vision and I have nobody but her to thank for that. Her staff is above reproach in care. I highly highly recommend this doctor. She's about a half an hour from me and I wouldn't go anywhere else ever. She will be my dogs eye doctor forever. THANK YOU DR. JOCELYN AND STAFF. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR FOR HIS ANNUAL. Cooper thanks you also.
