★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1October 17th 2024 was the last day Benny was with us. The nurses and doctor were so kind. They didn't rush us. They gave my dad as long as he needed to say goodbye to his best friend of 19 years. Even when he broke the chair from comforting his best friend, they didn't judge. I don't know her name but she was so sweet. She gave all of us hugs after Benny had finally passed. They gave us a bag and a blanket to wrap him in. He wasn't in pain and he passed peacefully surrounded by people who loved him. They gave us a card with Bennys paw print in it.Thank you for making the goodbye process easier.
December 12 · ConundrumI’m convinced the staff here are angels on earth! They have infinite patience and compassion for every animal and their owners. So grateful to have them treating my fur babies for the past 12 years!
August 11 · Lisa BellowsMy cat’s spaying procedure was unsuccessful, and at the same time, the woman who gave me the cat told me that there would be bleeding and that if it happened, I should take her to the emergency clinic. That night my cat started bleeding, so I went to the ER. The doctors there told me that the spaying had been done incorrectly, and I waited at the hospital all night for my cat’s new surgery. I also had to pay an extra $500 bill. Later they told me they would take care of the issue, but there has been no progress. I’m not sure about dogs, but for cats, this is definitely not the right place. Stay away.
August 29 · ProspectGreat place for your pet! Everyone very friendly and caring. Reasonably priced. Not just a hospital, vet service too.🥰
July 18 · Nancy GI’ve been going to Blackwood Animal Hospital for many years over 30 years when they were on the Blackhorse Pike. They’ve been slowly going downhill and they have lack of compassion and empathy and they’re more like sales people. I took my little boy little Ricky. There seemed like he had allergies, but I also said it seems like his mouth was sore, but she insisted on doing something to his eye. This is Dr. Concerta and she stood back and threw an eyedrop in his eye And then sending him home with medicine didn’t even look in his mouth. It was $313 and she didn’t even look in his mouth that was my main complaint. She acted like I was an idiot lol I know who the idiot is and she’s cold and heartless. I went to university of Penn January. They knew exactly what it was right away and my little Ricky died on February 7 he had an oral cancer. 💔
