★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Aiden Yeager and Marguerite were wonderful to us when we had several visits there to determine when to make a difficult decision about our beloved cat, Sky. We will never forget their professionalism, patience and compassion for Sky and my husband and I during a heartbreaking time that absolutely devastated us. Dr. Yeager will be our vet FOREVER!! His and Marguerite's kindness will never be forgotten.
August 23 · M TAfter explaining to Dr. Souders that we paid small fortune for an x-ray, blood test, asthma medicine and an inhaler, and our cat is still having issues, all she wanted to recommend was more expensive and specialized tests with no apparent goal. I explained to her that anyone could say we just need to keep testing and that I am not going to keep paying for endless testing, she told me to take my pet elsewhere and hung up the phone. This place knows where they are located and they will bleed you dry, they don't care if they are right or not. Take your money elsewhere.
September 04 · N SYesterday we lost our cat of 17 years, Dr Ashley Barlett and vet technician Kat were so compassionate and understanding and were incredibly gentle with not only our baby but us as well. They gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes and process losing her. The process was difficult, losing a family member is never easy, but Burl Moor was kind and thoughtful and made everything as easy as they could have for us. Thank you so much, I’m so grateful.
July 25 · Angelina StiresI can’t even begin to tell you how much Dr Ian means to me and my family. I first met Dr Ian in 2019 when my dog Dory was attacked at a dog park down the street. Even though her injuries weren’t significant, I was panicking and found the closeted vet possible. I ended up at this office(which in hindsight I should have gone to emergency but I wasn’t thinking straight) when I walked in the staff calmed me down and took my dog Dory straight back to be looked at. The front desk consoled me and helped Dory calm down. Even though her injuries weren’t significant Dr Ian was very thorough with her. Dory left with antibiotics, a topical treatment and her FAVORITE vet. I immediately transferred all Dorys records to this office. Every time I bring her she cry’s at the door to the back until Dr Ian comes to see her! I wish I could post the video! He gave her an A++ the last time we saw him! My husband and I now own a German Shepard named Marlin and we bring him here as well! I always love recommending this office because they truly care without price gouging you! I trust them fully with both my dogs and any animals in the future!Thank you all so much!❤️
August 14 · Courtney DagneyI’ve had animals all my life. Dogs, cats plus many others. Over the years I’ve been to a number of Veterinarians. Burl-Moor-Driben hands down has the best doctors , techs, and office staff we’ve ever been to.Recently we saw Dr Yeager with our 17 year old cat who was in declining health. With his guidance, Dr Yeager made Lou’s last few weeks comfortable at home. They’re great diagnosticians. The office staff is warm, inviting and will help you with anything. This practice is a 10 every single day!!!I recommend them highly.
