★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had an appointment here for our cat, D.O.G. (yes, that’s her name), to get a skin test — and honestly, this place is a hidden gem for pet care. From the second we walked in, it felt like a whole storybook. The inside is super cute, filled with trinkets and personality. The front desk setup gave me vintage bank teller vibes — in the best nostalgic way possible. It’s not sterile or soulless like most vet clinics… it’s got that Dr. Doolittle’s house energy — warm, lived-in, and full of care. The waiting room actually feels alive. Like, it’s not just white walls and cold chairs — there’s vibe here. You can tell they’ve seen it all and still show up with real love for animals. The doc we saw was jolly as hell — super lively and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Our cat stayed chill the entire time, which is a miracle by itself. They were gentle, clear about costs, and walked us through all the options without pressure. We came in worried about fur loss, suspecting mites or mange — they ran a quick skin test and everything came back clear. HUGE relief. If you’re looking for a vet that’s actually present, experienced, and doesn’t feel like a robotic hospital — this is the place. Family vibes, honest care, and just real humans doing dope work.
March 21 · Joss TMWe love Dr. B and the staff at LA Central! Everyone there is incredibly welcoming and you can tell they really love animals. Dr. B is a wealth of knowledge and gives us multiple options based on what’s financially possible for us. We just brought our pup home and we feel so reassured getting our care here.
July 02 · Leila PhillipsI went there to get my dogs skin looked at, and I left with a bill for vaccines. No help for my dogs skin, or flea treatment like the vet recommended. And they wouldn't give me a prescription so I can purchase through Chewy, only their own pharmacy web site. He was almost due for the vaccines so I got them because I paid for the visit already, but that's the last time I take any pet there. They only have time to take your money.
August 07 · Emilio FimbrezDr. Bandele is an absolute angel and my family is so grateful for him . My pup Lola had been suffering from seizures and a potential back injury . Dr. Bandele did an impeccable job at communicating with me and doing what was best for my little Lola. Sadly my girl suddenly passed away at home .I was in constant communication with the staff and they were very attentive . I let the doctor know about her passing and he was very empathetic . It meant so much to me that he actually cared about my little girl . The whole staff here is very loving and kind, even though I’m heart broken , I’m so blessed to have been supported by such a skilled set of veterinary professionals. Thank you so incredibly much for everything. I deeply appreciate everyone at LA Animal Central . Also Dr. Bandele, you did everything in your power to help Lola , and I am forever grateful for you .
September 15 · Anna RodriguezThey fostered my fur baby (in 2006). He was well cared for for 2 months while he was there, before I got him. And he's been a Dream all these years! Would have made them our regular vet, but I live too far away.
