★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The staff here were amazing. They did everything they could to try to save my Little Todd. Unfortunately we had to let him go so he wouldn’t suffer anymore. But the staff was so caring and gentle through the whole process. They truly care deeply about animals and I so glad such loving people got to help my baby before his final moments. Thank you for everything you guys do and thank you for giving me the time to say my goodbyes.
September 04 · Yura sai (Yurasai)Brought my mother-in-law’s dog in at 3am because she was attacked by a coyote. The facility was clean, the staff was patient and kind, the wait time was quick, the cost was fair, Pebbles dog was well cared for. Overall great experience! Even had coffee and snack options while I waited. Life is hard enough. Am super grateful my experience went so smooth. Thank you!
July 21 · Tawnie SamsonDr. and all were very thorough in discussing treatment and my options and showed patience to make decisions with my son and I. My Max passed away in their office. And they made sure we were with my Max for his last breathes. They showed empathy and compassion and understanding. I highly recommend this place along with the Dr. and staff. I'm sorry I was so distraught I did not get any names!
June 29 · nancy dagostinoI don't leave reviews often, but this place was fantastic. My dog was seen right away, the administration girls in the front were exceptional, the doctor really cares about you dog. This is small on the piece but there was snacks and coffee in the waiting room. This was helpful because it was midnight and I had my five year old with me. I am a first time dog owner and this team made me feel at ease.
July 16 · Amanda ShawulaUsually when I come in, I get disappointed. Not very quick to be an ER. When I've come in, there is no one at the front desk, I have to wait at least a few minutes for someone to come up. In a true emergency, every minute counts. Unfortunately this is the closest place to me. Staff is not always very knowledgeable and I was once told by a "tech" that 96 is a normal temperature for a 3 week old kitten. It's better to say you're not sure, than give false information. This is more of a human urgent care. Than animal ER. Staff is nice though.
