July 27 · marland larameWe recently had to bring our dog, Buddy, to this emergency veterinary group, and I can’t say enough about the care he received. Despite handling another serious case nearby, the staff remained attentive, thorough, and incredibly compassionate with Buddy. Their professionalism and kindness made a difficult situation much easier to bear. It’s such a comfort knowing that they’re available 24/7—we are deeply thankful for their dedication and the peace of mind they provide.
August 02 · Kerri MoraWe are incredibly grateful to the entire care team at VEG Nanuet. Our pup required emergency surgery, and the doctors, nurses, and staff were well-prepared, compassionate, and confident in their ability to provide the care he needed. They allowed us to stay overnight with him as he recovered and checked on him regularly, even while attending to several other STAT patients. We appreciate their dedication, compassion, and expertise.
June 30 · Annmarie LentiniVEG Nanuet saved the day when our cat Binx was on the brink! We found out our cat had FLUTD. To any Cat parents dealing with this I’m so sorry!Binx ended up with a blocked urethra and needed to be catheterized and hospitalized for two days. The staff could not have been sweeter. They explained everything to my partner and I very well, gave Binx the best care possible, and made us feel welcome anytime we came to check in and visit. When Binx reblocked as soon as we took him home, they worked hand in hand with our vet. Binx had to be re-cathedered and put back into 24/7 care. This was an incredible scary and difficult time, but the VEG team remained wonderful. Two weeks later Binx is doing much better and on his way to making a big recovery ❤️🩹 while we’ll be dealing with FLUTD with the rest of his life, VEG gave us a lot of great strategies to manage this disease and make Binx healthier and more comfortable. Thank you VEG!
