★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We purchased a French bulldog puppy, and the question immediately arose of finding vet. On the advice of friends we went to this vet clinic. We are incredibly happy. From the first minutes we received answers to all our questions, got all the vaccinations. Thank you very much to Olga and her entire team! Thank you very much to Lisa and Tatyana for their competent advice. Special thanks to Lisa, who is in touch with me 24/7 and answers all my questions!
February 19 · Mary GramovichDr. Olga has been seeing my (now 6 year old ) dog, Alaska, for well over a year now and each visit I’ve brought to her attention that Alaska seemed sick. I’ve mentioned specifically that she wasn’t eating well, she was lethargic, she had diarrhea, and that she seems shakes and seems weak. Each time I’ve visited I’ve been told Alaska is fine and am prescribed something and sent on our way.Our last visit was on Wednesday 5/17/23 - during this visit I expressed extreme concern for Alaskas health. She hadn’t been eating for several days and because Alaska ate treats from the vet Dr. Olga’s response was “don’t make something out of nothing” and then suggested blood work and vaccines and sent us on our way ($300 later).Fast forward three days later, Saturday 5/20/23 and Alaska was still not eating and her drinking started to slow. I brought her to a NEW vet and they drew blood and IMMEDIATELY found abnormalities and suggested further tests.Alaska had to stay the night because she wasn’t stable - $3,800 later - we found that Alaska has Addisons Disease and almost died.Dr. Olga either ignored the signs or didn’t know enough to treat my dog properly… either way, it’s not okay. This doctor and this clinic have lost all trust.
May 26 · Shauna RiordanThis clinic worried about getting paid not the animal. My cat past away had to fill out paperwork before they did any work on my cat he past away healthy 5 year old cat
July 11 · N GThe receptionist was lovely but I decided not to let Dr. Olga to treat my dog. I tried the Charlestown clinic given the convenience but it is well worth the walk to the North End Vet. The North End Vet has a calm waiting room and the staff greet my pet before trying to examine her. The Charlestown staff greeted my pet. The Vet did not. It caused my pet to become anxious which was not a good situation for anyone. I’m glad I left. I have never had an issue at The Pets Vet.
April 07 · Margaret TaggartIf convenient is all your looking for than this is your place. If you’re more focused on getting great care for your pet I would go elsewhere. The main Veterinarian and her assistants are very unprofessional. The vibe is very chaotic within the office. Nobody is 100% sure what they should be doing. I would avoid this place
