★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I only have great things to say for Sage Rehab Center! My 8 month old puppy was attacked by another dog in September. She sadly suffered femoral nerve damage and severe tissue damage that left her with a significant limp for over a month. I brought her to Sage to help her work on strengthening her limb and getting her back to normal as best we could. Dr. Murphy has been so excellent: tailoring a treatment plan that best fit Scottie to help strengthen the nerve and limb again, as well as providing at home exercises to help her leg. I can happily say, her limp is no longer visible and she’s gained the strength back in her leg! I am beyond grateful to Dr. Murphy and the staff at Sage for all their help, kindness and compassion during a very stressful time for us. It’s been an amazing journey watching Scottie gain her strength back, thank you so much🩷
January 15 · Samantha ColonHigh praise for Sage and Dr. Murphy! Our 8 year old puggle was dealing with two torn cruciate ligament tears (one in each knee). We desperately wanted to avoid surgery for a variety of reasons. After the first 10 sessions, our dog is doing unbelievably better - appears to be walking without pain, can maneuver easier, and definitely has more pep. Gratefully to the team at Sage Rehab and highly recommend them!
May 29 · Marc EpsteinDr Murphy has been very helpful so far in the rehabilitation of my dog after surgery. Very patient with my hyper dog, and very thoughtful. Explains everything in detail and provides suggestions for at home work. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking rehabilitation for their beloved animal. My dog loves going and has a great experience each visit!
April 09 · adrian reyesDr Murphy is amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. It’s so nice to have such a comprehensive pet rehabilitation facility right here in Jersey City. Our dog loves her sessions every other week and we have really seen a major improvement with her arthritis symptoms. Highly recommended!
January 15 · DANIEL DENISI am so glad we finally have a rehab center right here in JC! I wanted to take my pup to rehab for quite some time but all of the other options were too far so I was super excited when Sage rehab center opened.Dr Murphy is awesome! My pup Georgia has been going to PT for almost a year for arthritis and hip dysplasia. She loves going to Sage and its just as beneficial for her mental enrichment as it is for her arthritis. Her range of motion has improved and I can tell that her pain has alleviated significantly throughout this past year.Dr Murphy truly cares about the well being and quality of life of every animal that comes to PT. I appreciate that if Georgia is not responding to a particular stretch or exercise that day, she will pivot into a different exercise and keeps her engaged and doesn’t force her into anything she doesn’t want to do. She is up to date with all of the new pain management options and supplements on the market, we have had many discussions from Librela to Assisi loop and PEMF mat.Thank you Dr Murphy and Sage team 😊
