★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Probably the best pet store I've been to! I've been going to them since 2022 and will be going to them for a while. The staff is super caring and very knowledgable and invested in your pets! The selection of products is pretty great and the price is spot on too! Great selection of cat foods and toys!
June 15 · Ramakrishnan MohanVery friendly staff. Long-time customer of Healthy Pet Products, I just found out it was sold. I am concerned that this new company might not uphold the same standards as before for holistic products.
July 10 · Traci ThompsonTwice now I have scheduled appointments for grooming at the Cranberry location only to get there and be told there isn’t one. The staff, including who I assume is the Manager, barely apologize and say there are no appointments available but she could be put on a wait list. The temperatures are high and she’s already at 5 weeks since last groom with a heart murmur making the extra fur harder for her to breathe in the heat. She cannot wait!! I am very upset by the appointments being messed up but even more so by the attitude of the staff and will not be back.
May 17 · Stella KudlacI love this store. They offered me a lot of help with my new puppy. All the products are American made and I have the price of mind knowing they have the best selection for my pups health! Cute clothes and toys, as well as seasonal items!
February 05 · Nerdy WitchI have been shopping at this location for over 5 years. I always enjoy heading down to the store and having a great experience. However, today I headed down as usual for a quick bag of cat litter and some soft food, and had a different experience altogether. There were two employees working when I walked in...a guy with a beard who said hello immediately and was very friendly, and a woman in a Friday the 13th "Jason" hockey jersey that I thought was pretty cool. I grabbed the large bag of litter first because it was the first item I got to and I simply wanted to set it near the counter for a second so I could free my hands up to purchase a myriad of soft cat foods. I walked the litter up to the counter to ask where I could set it down because it was heavy and cumbersome. The woman in the "Jason" shirt was ringing out a customer so I waited for a second to ask. She saw me waiting and told the guy with the beard to ring me out at the other register. I assured her that I wasn't ready to check out yet and that I simply wanted to know where the best place was to momentarily set the litter bag down. She glared at me and then very tersely told me that she was trying to discourage people from setting things on the counter "especially on the weekends". I replied that it was a bit heavy and it would help me out (I was very friendly about it). She sharply retorted to me, "that's why we have carts." She wasn't friendly at all about it. Very curt and rude. Absolutely horrible attitude and what was the problem anyway? I set my bag down for 9 seconds while I grab my cat food and then check out? There was no one else in the store! Well, I returned the litter to the shelf, only bought the food because my cat had to have it that day, and will never return again. I hope it was worth saving that counterspace (although I could have set it on the floor as well) to lose a loyal longtime customer. "Jason" hockey shirt woman's attitude is super short sighted. I hope she owns the store, otherwise she is a detriment to the establishment. If she is not the owner the actual owner needs to be made aware of her lack of customer service skills...it is losing the business money.
