We already highly recommend Dr Alex, Dr G, and the rest of the crew at BVC any chance we get, but wanted to highlight the recent outstanding care we’ve received and acknowledge vet tech David for truly going above and beyond during a recent visit. When I was waiting for an appointment last December, I overheard David de-escalate a pet parent over the phone and was impressed by his demeanor and the way in which he made that person’s situation feel heard.I was the frantic pet parent on the other side of the call recently and had the privilege of being heard by David. Not only was he able to squeeze us in for a visit that afternoon, he was also beyond gentle and kind to our very anxious dog during the vaccine admin process. We have been at BVC in Chinatown since 2016 and transferred to Charlestown when it opened and have nothing but positive things to say about all of our experiences - Katie Bell
