August 06 · Dejanai ColemanWe recently moved to the area with our dog and 17year old cat, Mina. We had been going to a vet in Park Slope for years and had no intention of changing, but Mina wasn’t doing well and we decided it was time to say goodbye. Our vet was closed for the Thanksgiving weekend so we called here hoping they could help. They took us in the same day. Every single person was so gracious, from letting me use all their tissues to offering a more private room for us to cry and say goodbye. We put Mina to sleep that day and a week later we received a card in the mail with everyone in the office signing. I wish we met under different circumstances, but they were incredibly warm, patient, and welcoming. To the staff - thank you for your kindness on a truly awful day. Your card will be in Mina’s memory box.
December 06 · KelseyVery negative experience for my visit:1. On 4/23 booked appointment for my cats annual on 5/52. 4/30 I still received confirmation via text and confirmed appointment3. When I bring my cat to their office on 5/5 appointment time, I was told they have rescheduled my appointment without proper text / phone commutations. And they said that text confirmation was unexpected cuz “they don’t have control of their appointment system”.I’m very disappointed that they rescheduled without proper notice and I had to waste my time on a workday to bring cats to their office (and it’s a rainy day). Attached are my only communication with them to make the appointment on 4/23 and confirmation text msgs.
May 05 · Yunxiao XiangDr. Djuric is so fabulous! She is very good with our dogs and has spent so much time on the phone discussing options for our older dog about dental issues and her urinary tract issues. I cannot imagine going to anyone else.
February 25 · Joslyn KingI have dogs / cats for the last 15 years. Through out all this time I have taken my dogs/cats to a lot of different places. I have never ever felt so comfortable been at a vet's office. The Vet, nurse and assistant were extremely knowledgeable and amazing with my dog they are very professional. They were able to help me understand the issue my dog had. they offered my dog a treat once they walked into the room then they took a picture of him for his chart after sometime the doctor came and she was extremely gentle but you can tell she was working extremely careful and focused on the aim target. The other vet I took my dog asked me to take him to another vet to have him checked which I did and boy I am glad I did! will bring my puppy here from now on.
